Our continuous cast iron bars meet and are equivalent with international standards, such as ASTM A48 classes 35-40, GG25, FC25, FGL 250 and BS 1452 Grade 17 for grey iron bars, and ASTM A536-84 65-45-12, GGG40, FCD45 and BS 2789 SNG 27/12 for SG ductile iron bars. Custom specifications and technical requirements from customers are also acceptable and can be produced. We have exported our products to many countries and regions like USA, Japan, Germany, Southeast Asia, etc.
We manufacture the parts with continuous cast iron bars like Compressor Roller, Accessory Drive Gear, Liner, Hydraulic Cylinder Piston, Piston Rings, Cylinder Head, Bearing, Valve Block Valve Seat etc.. All the parts manufactured are checked for material analysis, microstructure, hardness as well as tensile strength which are maintained as per original specification. Our company can provide the machining according to the design of customer also. |
